Who
We Are:
Wonderlyn Murphy
Principal,
Wonderlyn Murphy of City Enterprise, Inc. (CEI) is a Licensed
Construction Supervisor. She is a graduate of Wentworth
Institute of Technology with a discipline in Architectural
Design Technology and a Master of Management Degree from
Cambridge College. Wonderlyn also holds certification from
Harvard Graduate School of Design in Program Process Management.

Enterprise, Inc. is a State Office of Minority and Women
Business Assistance (SOMWBA) certified corporation and has
its Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certification.
Ms.
Murphy brings her high standard for quality, desire for
professional excellence and distinct work ethic to all aspects
of her corporation.

Peter A. Jaskievic
Peter A. Jaskievic is City Enterprise Inc.’s Project Manager and Estimator. Mr. Jaskievic brings more than thirty years of commercial construction experience to City Enterprise with a concentration of more than twenty years in Government contracting. Peter has worked numerous projects with the National Park Service, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Air Force, the Massachusetts National Guard, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and The Federal Aviation Administration among others. Peter has project managed a $3.6 million dollar Roads improvement project with the USACE; a $2.8 million dollar Air Traffic Control Tower with the FAA at the Bangor International Airport in Maine; a $2.9 million dollar Tidal River Basin dredging and historical dock restoration project at the Saugus Iron Works NHS with the National Park Service. He managed the $5 million dollar renovation of Satterly Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London CT for the U.S. Coast Guard and more than $15 million dollars worth of various projects at Westover ARB in Chicopee, MA for the U.S. Air Force.
Peter also has Design / Build experience; he spear headed and managed the $1.6 million dollar addition to the US Coast Guard Station Support Building in New Haven CT and then renovated the original Station Support Building. Mr. Jaskievic worked with the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Marshall Service to Design and Build a security system for the Pitkin Tunnel in New Haven CT, a $1 million dollar project.
Peter Going Green!
Peter is also a LEED AP. He has worked on projects with Green Building goals and requirements. Mr. Jaskievic estimated, negotiated and started the construction of the new Fire Island National Seashore Ferry Terminal at Patchogue, LI in New York. The project, constructed for the National Park Service, although not designed to achieve USGBC certification, had many Green features including a geo-thermal heating /cooling system, solar power panels, Bamboo wood flooring, energy conservation lighting and energy rated windows and glazing.
Peter also put together a Design/Build Energy Metering project for the U.S. General Services Administration at five different Federal Office Building in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Peter worked with Clough Harbor & Associates’ Albany NY office (CHA) to generate the design. The project required the design and installation of energy metering systems for the electrical, water and steam energy consumption at the Federal Office Buildings in Bridgeport, New Haven and Hartford CT., Worcester, MA and Providence, RI.
