Kent Road Project - Residential Development

The new Kent Road subdivision in Springfield, Massachusetts is an excellent example of expedited, quality work that City Enterprise, Inc. offers. The project began in May of 2007 and was completed in November 2007. In less than eight months, a heavily wooded area that was zoned as conservation was properly rezoned, plot plans and infrastructure plans were created, and a steady succession of goals were reached.

Between May 2007 and November 2007, City Enterprise, Inc. was the general contractor for the complete installation of new public street subdivision: negotiations, permitting, work with a registered arborist, tree removal, stump grinding and removal, soil testing, grading, trenching for sewer, water and electrical lines, back fill, asphalt sub grade and asphalt finish grade. City Enterprise, Inc. also custom builds the single family, affordable homes in the new subdivision.

City Enterprise, Inc. has completed other single family, affordable homes in the western MA area. And is also embracing custom “green” homes. Other developments forthcoming will include local municipal developments, commercial real estate projects and state and federal ventures.
